A 2 hour long class to go over the Sourdough Baking essentials! You will take home the following:

• A jar of 100 year old active Starter

• Authentic bread whisk

• Spatula

• Tea Towel

• Proofing Basket

• Dough Mat

• Bench Scraper

• Bread Lame

• Bread Bag

• Take and Bake regular Sourdough bread loaf

• a BAKED loaf from Divine Loaf

• and a Tried and True Bread recipe
